We believe strongly in a shared leadership structure under the ultimate oversight of our Great Shepherd, Jesus Christ.

Board of Directors
Biblically, the focal point of local church leadership is the elder. An elder is one of a plurality of biblically qualified men who jointly shepherd and oversee a local body of believers. Heritage is governed by a board of elders, comprised of both staff and non-staff members, who are committed to the Lord, to one another, to the church body. The board’s oversight includes, but is not limited to, teaching, protecting, leading, disciplining, equipping and caring for the corporate church body and its individual members as well as the oversight of all ministry, operations and finances of the church. The Board of Directors is also responsible for being obedient to the scriptures in the doctrine of the church, establishing the overall vision of the church and appointing new elders.
Mike Robinson
Mike Robinson serves on Heritage's Board of Directors as a non-staff elder as well as a shepherding elder. He is president of Pacific Bible College as well as an adjunct faculty there. He and his wife Cindy own and operate Diode Laser Concepts and have two daughters who are a part of the Heritage community.

Jeremy Nehf
Jeremy Nehf serves on Heritage’s Board of Directors and on our staff as Assistant Pastor. Jeremy came to know Jesus as King and Savior in November of '96. He met his wife Kristal at an orphanage in Carmen Serdan, Mexico while she was on staff and he was attending a School of Ministry through Applegate Christian Fellowship. Jeremy and Kristal have three children, Acacia, Elijah, and Eva. In Nov of '11, Jeremy came on staff at Heritage to oversee the High School and Jr High ministry and now oversees the Men's Ministry, general pastoral needs, discipleship, and counseling.

Aaron Beamish
Aaron has attended Heritage since '12 and began serving as the Executive Pastor in August of '15. Aaron is on Heritage’s Executive Board, and under their oversight and leadership, has been commissioned to ensure that systems are in place to effectively carry out the mission of the church.
Prior to joining the team at Heritage, Aaron spent nine years in management roles within various healthcare systems in Idaho and Oregon. Aaron has a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Health Policy and Administration.
Aaron has been married to his high school sweet-heart since '03 and has three children - Jacob, Callie and Penny.

Paul Stevens
Paul was appointed Lead Pastor of Heritage in 2020. He married Becky in 1999. In 2002, he answered the call into full-time pastoral ministry. In 2012, Paul and his family served in the heart of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he and Becky both joined the staff of Epikos Church. Paul also served for many years as the Head Chaplain for the West Allis Police Department. As a family, the Stevens love being outdoors in nature, exploring never-before-seen places, and hanging with family and friends. Paul follows professional and collegiate sports of all kinds, especially MMA. They have three children, Abigail, Elijah, and Alexandrea. They are grandparents to their beloved grandson, Wilson.

Mitch Pallotta
Mitch Pallotta serves on Heritage’s Board of Directors and also on the setup crew. He was born in California, moved to Oregon in 1971, was raised in a Christian home and rededicated his life to the Lord in 1978.
Mitch retired as Regional Operations Manager with C&K Market Inc. in 2006 after almost 30 years.
Celebrating their 40th anniversary this year, Mitch is blessed to be married to his beautiful high school sweetheart Julie. They have three grown children Tony, Allison and Andy, son-in-law Curt Ulrich, daughters in-law Nicole and Alisha and eight wonderful grandchildren.
