Annual ADULT Waivers
Everyone who plans to attend ANY off-campus Over Fifty Fellowship events or activities throughout the year will need to complete an online Annual ADULT Waiver. Waivers are valid for one calendar year from January 1 – December 31. Click below to fill out your 2020 Adult Waiver.
